Before we get to the waterfall, let us understand the town itself and see ordinary daily life in Victoria Falls! Just a walking distance away from the world famous Victoria Falls waterfall is a town named after the great cascade. This tourist adventure hub is a mix of the authentic African village flair and Victorian architecture. One thing for sure is, it is still truly wild. Victoria Falls is one of the few towns where untamed wildlife freely roams the streets the people walk. Unlike South Africa, there are no fences here. So animals cohabit with humans. On this tour, you will catch a glimpse of some of Victoria Falls’ urban wildlife and much more. The town is located northwest of its province, in front of the borders with Zambia, separated from it by the Zambezi River and the binational Victoria Falls in Southern Africa. It lies few km from the Zambian city of Livingstone, and is surrounded by the Zambezi, Mosi-oa-Tunya and Victoria Falls national parks.

Christian and his girlfriend Lynette are such genial and enjoyable guides. They are both so informative. Their enjoyment at seeing what they are showing us is so wonderful. Christian was more than willing to go the extra mile to show us something special, be it an animal, or that perfect sunrise moment. A tour with them is a tour with friends.
