My first tour with Alloune, a lovely friendly person with great interaction with the stall holders. Really enjoyed his tour of the market, I really felt I was there walking with him, I could almost smell the fruit and veg and of course the meats and fish 😂 Love these types of tours seeing real-life and locals going about their day to day lives

I have joined some of this guides tours and enjoyed them. But today there was a visit to the seafood area. He took a still alive heavy lobster, a living creature which was obviously suffering and held it upside down by the tail for a postcard. I found that cruel and disrespectful to animals in general. I respect peoples rights to eat meat, fish seafood but not to be deliberatively cruel. I did comment in the chat that I found it sad.Really disappointed in a person who feels the suffering of other creatures is fun. It is not.
