About the tour

Being the second largest plaza in the world and the first among Spanish-speaking countries, the plaza has been the scene of massive events, warfare and sporting events. It seems that in the now so called Zócalo the events related with the foundation of the great Tenochtitlan took place, according to one interpretation of the ancient Codex Boturini, also known as the Tira de la Peregrinación de los Mexica We will travel through time in this short livestream in the heart of Mexico City.

Haven't been to Mexico City in 50 years so it was great to have a tour of the main square. Will travel again with Ernie for more views of the city.

This was my first experience with Heygo, I only popped into the tour for about 5 minutes, to test the experience, the interface, the response time on my slow internet. I had been to Mexico City a few times and the main square. I found Ernie's tour quite good and will sign up again sometime. Thank you!

Ernie was very nice and friendly but he kept on forgetting the names of places. Also the quality of the film was not good : 90% of the time it was hard to watch as it was jumpy or blurred ....maybe due to a poor signal from Mexico to Canada or.....?? Also it was difficult to figure out how to send a post card. Due to the blurred film/tour I left early.
