Very good intro into Cape Malay food, and found it very interesting. Its not as difficult as a Trinidad Paratha Roti so to give it a go at home

Faeeza is phenomenal. I visited her website and Atlas Spice Co. for recipes and spices she uses. Her story is there as well as her famous guests. I can't wait for another tour visit here.
