About the tour

Fettuccine all'Alfredo are one of the symbols of the Italian gastronomic tradition but only abroad. Actually it is not at all an Italian sounding, the dish is truly Italian, but due to its simplicity, it is normally called pasta with butter. If you are curious to know who Alfredo was, join me to prepare fettuccine hand made, with a rolling pin or with the help of the manual pasta machine, we will prepare this easy recipe, garnished with a tasty sauce of butter and fresh parmesan cheese. 3 whole eggs 2 1/2 cups (300g) all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt an handful of coarse salt for boiling water 160 g butter 160 grams parmesan cheese (better if it is fresh, but it is fine also the grated one) black pepper to grate Tools: 1 big pot 1 medium frypan a wooden board, a rolling pin o a manual pasta machine a plastic bag or wrap a sharp knife
