About the tour

In this limited edition tour I’m traveling for you to make you discover an amazing side of Sardinia Island. On the central-western coast, in the Gulf of Oristano, there is an unspoiled paradise. A strip of Sardinia that gives you the sensation of continuity between land and sea. Brightly colored all year round, with a crystal clear sea and breath-taking landscape wherever you look. Surrounded by the blooming Mediterranean vegetation, we will walk along the outside of the ruins of Tharros, where you will admire the seas that in ancient times were crossed by ships of the Phoenicians, Punics, and Romans. Following the path along the gentle hill to the Spanish watchtower, you will be fascinated by the magical atmosphere of this place, where a thin line of land separates the calm sea from the opposite shore beaten by the waves.

a beautiful part of Sardinia to visit, complete with Roman ruins. Unfortunately there were tech issues (it happens) - I liked enough of what I saw to know I will visit this place sometime soon. Thanks

Silvia & husband Jack worked hard to show us the remains of the ancient city but the wind was strong & the connection variable so it made it very difficult to follow. This was unfortunate but not their fault.
