About the tour

Built by Emperor Maximilian as a route from his residence at Chapultepec Castle to the National Palace and with a length of approximately 14.7 km, Reforma is the most important and emblematic avenue in Mexico City. Along its route, there are essential monuments of the capital of Mexico such as the Angel of Independence On this tour, we will walk a small part of this avenue while I tell you its history and that of the monuments that decorate it.

I took a special interest in the tour to Mexico because of my heritage and wasn't disappointed! Ernie took us on an impromptu trip and definitely whetted my whistle for more! Will take more tours with Ernie!

Ernie could have counted to 3 when showing a monument, etc. for postcards. He could have gone into the park for a little bit and shown some store fronts instead of rushing down the street. Glad anyway.

I would like to see more of the buildings and hear more about their significance and importance on the Reforma.
