About the tour

There is no way around it - Prague is filled to the brim with beautiful architecture that dates back to early medieval times. Sky-high gothic cathedrals, dynamic baroque churches, and an abundance of decorative elements greet you at every corner in the Old Town or the Little Quarter, not to mention the Castle District. In all that the New Town seems to get the rough end of the deal, overlooked by the tourists and tour guides alike, despite its genius urban planning and rich history. We’re here to change it! This tour will take you on a walk around the beating heart of modern-day Prague - the Venceslas Square - using the lesser-known route preferred mostly by the locals. To avoid the busy streets we will hide into the passages of New Town, discovering beautiful interiors of early 20th century palaces, and sharing the stories of their creators. What’s the connection between laundry and ballroom dancing? How to hide a church in plain sight? What is the ultimate Czech office snack? Learn that and much more on our tour!
