About the tour

Join this walk at 2,600 meters above sea level to explore one of the most beautiful areas in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. Usaquen was a little town that was absorbed by the big city, but preserved its charming houses and colonial church. Sundays have a specially chill and friendly atmosphere, with thousands of locals and foreigners wandering around to buy some handicrafts, natural products, local food, and decorative articles.

He gave lots of local information about the vendors, the traditional skills, aesthetics and techniques. I loved the background on the coffee jeep and emeralds. Lots of great views. Loved it!

Wander around handicrafts and artworks made by indigenous artisans and locals. A place to be entertained by dancers, street musicians and a serenade. Enjoy a willy Americano while shopping.

Sergio is an excellent guide. He’s friendly and welcoming and likes to share his knowledge about his home country. He explained the social and cultural differences in Bogotá and it was easy to see that he speaks from the heart. His tour was informative and very interesting. During the market tour he took time to explain what we were looking at and answered all of our questions. Thank you Sergio, I highly recommend your tour and will join you again soon!
