About the tour

Indian food and cooking is famous all around the world. Often we have misconceptions about Indian cooking and food like it is really time-consuming and difficult, requires a lot of different ingredients, can't be done on your own and is very hot. Green Vegetables are a very important part of Indian's diet and making these veggies yummy is an easy task when it comes to Indian cooking. Through this tour your host, Komal would be there to spread the flavors and aromas of the most famous Indian dish, BHINDI along with healthy Indian bread Phulkas. you will be learning how to cook real authentic Indian food from your own home as you follow along step by step together. Here are the ingredients you would require for preparing Bhindi and Phulkas: 250 gms Ocra( Bhindi) 3 small-sized onions 1 inch ginger and 1 green chili and 2 tomatoes Oil Salt, dry coriander powder, red chili powder, Garam masala, turmeric powder, Cumin seeds, Amchoor powder( dry mango powder) Wheat flour Oil
