About the tour

Take a walk in the footsteps of Mary Quant, John Lennon, Terence Stamp, Eric Clapton, Michael Caine, Twiggy, Jimi Hendrix and even James Bond, plus many other icons of the 60s and 70s, all to a backdrop of era-defining music from Radio Caroline! On this 1-hour, relaxed stroll down memory lane, you’ll see where 60s socialites rubbed shoulders with music, film and fashion legends – where they partied, lived, worked and bought their prescription drugs. You’ll discover who ‘blew his mind out in a car’ and where Judy Garland got married just 3 months before her untimely death in 1969.

Meet Paul Endacott

Paul Endacott

Paul established Music Heritage London (MHL) in 2015 to provide music enthusiasts with an integrated, authentic, and immersive experience by packaging and promoting London's vast music history and by doing so, help perpetuate its legacy for future generations to enjoy and be inspired by! His Swinging 60s London tours celebrate the era-defining significance of a small enclave of West London, expressed through some of the greatest music of all time! Tours visit music venues that helped to springboard the careers of seminal artists such as The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Elton John, The Who, The Yardbirds, David Bowie, Genesis, Rod Stewart, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Manfred Mann, and many, many more. Joint ventures were secured with some of West London's top music-related venues including; the Hard Rock Cafe and Vault Rock Museum, Royal Albert Hall, The Gore Hotel, Troubadour, Handel Hendrix House, The Ealing Club, Chiswick House, and Gardens, Half Moon in Putney, Eel Pie Island Museum and The Crawdaddy Club and his 'Swinging 60s London' tours continue to engage passengers of all ages, from all over the world. As the media spotlight remains focused on 60s culture, fashion, and music and the legends who created and performed it, Paul continues to expand links with online platforms such as Heygo and the travel trade, offering private and bespoke tours on his 6-seater psychedelic minivan, plus group tours on 72 seaters 1960s Routemaster buses, to satisfy the growing needs and expectations of the music tourist.

This was a fun tour. Paul had a lot of information to share with us and showed us photos on his phone as well so we could see before and now of the sites.
