For us, Javanese people, this beach plays significant roles in our tradition and believe, especially with the myth of the legendary Queen of the South. Stroll virtually along this beautiful coast line of southern Java, I will try and schedule the trip to this beach during special occasion, like full moon, or when there is a local traditions happen. If weather permit, stay a bit longer to see the sunset of the day (which might be your sunrise time).
Gagat loves Indonesian culture and has a great passion of showing his beautiful people and country. He will be more than happy to share some secrets of the places of interest one might never hear before, making your trip as interesting as possible. Having studied law and great attention to the current issues, he enjoys discussion with various topics over coffee in the afternoon, while also having a great passion in trains and planes. Gagat enjoys listening to almost all music genres and sometimes trying to sing at almost the right tune... no worries, he will only be guiding and not singing :)"

This was a beautiful way to start my day! Loved seeing the horse and carriage on the beach! I just wish that the sun set over the water as opposed to the land, because it would have been stunning!
