About the tour

Join me on a tour that is just a little bit different as I ascend Ardsheal Hill on Scotland’s west coast. Whilst only 263 metres high, it commands breath-taking views across Loch Linnhe towards the Inner Hebrides. From its heathery, wind beaten summit I’ll regale you with stories of past and present all within a stones throw of stunning mountains and rugged coastlines that once trembled at the sight of Viking sails on the horizon! With beautiful postcard opportunities and the chance to really soak in the surroundings from this beautiful coastal hill top, this really is a trip you cannot miss!

Meet Craig

Craig lives in Ballachulish, on the west coast of Scotland. He can be found exploring the mountains and glens, hill walking or mountain biking. He loves Scotland’s wild places, its rugged coastlines and soaring peaks. But his real passion lies in the long, intricate and often bloody history for which Scotland is famous and he loves nothing more than sharing this passion with all who join him on his travels. Loaded with stories – both humorous and fascinating – a tour with Craig is both rewarding and fun.

What to expect

Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to The Scottish Highlands with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing content creator.

The tour will last about 60 mins and will be live-streamed by your content creator directly from The Scottish Highlands. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your content creator and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.

Why are they tip-supported?

We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to join, but you have the option to leave a tip during the tour.

The majority of your tip goes directly to support the channel, while the rest helps Heygo continue to build a place that brings the world closer together.
