Meet Dave Kavanagh

Dave Kavanagh

Dave is a native of Dublin and has worked as a tour guide in Dublin for the last 2 years, his previous profession was in sales and marketing and he certainly has the gift of the gab. He lived in the U.S for 25 years and on his return to Dublin he found that there was a lot about his City that was previously unknown to him, so he set about getting reacquainted with all things Dublin, it's culture, history and it's people along with all its famous landmarks. Dave's passion is tour guiding and showing off Dublin's fair City to visitors. He is the owner of Dublin Rogues Tour a walking tour set in Merrion Square, Dublin showcasing Irish writers, artists, politicians, rebels and freedom fighters.

Dave provided a good historical background to what we viewed during the tour & answered questions. Have noticed some guides have trouble signing off/ending the tour -- Dave did it so well!
