Ukrainian Cossack symbolizes Ukraine’s ethnic image, much like medieval knight of Western Europe or the Samurai of Japan. Zaporizhian Sich is a unique historical complex that reproduces the image of Cossack's capital and atmosphere of those times. The Historical Complex Zaporizhian Sich is a wood-made reconstruction of an old Cossack fortress of 16-18 centuries. It is located on the beautiful Khortytsia island and is surrounded by stunning nature. This recreated Cossack village has several huts with different functions as well as the church. It’s an impressive place that transfers Cossaks’ spirit. If it’s available we’ll attend a spectacular performance of a local Cossacks and see the demonstration of their military, equestrian, and martial arts skills Join me in exploring the vanished world of the past.

A fascinating peek into Cossacks' lives in the village but the true highlight was the military and equestrian show. Thank you for getting us a great seat. I'm glad we didn't get picked for the audience participation section. 😁 Wonderful tour.

I'm glad to have joined this tour led by Olga. She gave us very good information and historical facts about the Cossacks. She also answered all the questions in the chat with great detail. We got to see a performance by the Cossacks, and Olga was there to explain what we were seeing, which is very helpful. I'll definitely join her tours in the future.
