Saltimbocca alla Romana (Roman-style veal cutlets), as its name suggests, is one of the classics of Roman cuisine and an ambassador of good Italian cuisine abroad. This yummy, fast and easy recipe will please all palates! Curious to find out what “Saltimbocca” actually means? And what are the secrets to make them delicious? Get ready and cook along with us… For the process make sure to join the tour on time since each step will be explained live. INGREDIENTS (for 1 person) - 2 slices of veal - 2 slices of prosciutto/raw ham - 2 leaves of sage - 25 gr. of butter (1.8 tbsp) - 1/2 glass of white wine - Black pepper to taste - 25 gr. of all-purpose flour (1/4 US cup) - A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon of water

Micky & Adry

Adriano is an English and Spanish teacher and has Italian/Argentine heritage. He has been a TV host for a cooking show and he's an actor as well. Michela is a dancer/choreographer, singer and performer. She is also a craft projects ninja and she comes from a family of opera singers. Longstanding friends for 20 years now, the pair met at high school and have shared a love for languages and travel ever since! They are looking forward to welcoming you to Rome and showing you not only the sights but what it's like to be a local in this fabulous city!

What to expect

Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to Rome with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing content creator.

The tour will last about 30 mins and will be live-streamed by your content creator directly from Rome. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your content creator and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
