We visited Salar de Uyuni, in the Andes in southwest Bolivia. It is is the world’s largest salt flat. It was an opportunity for brilliant and unusual snap shots. Before going to the salt flat, Renan showed us through a salt processing plant where the owner explain the salt treatment before it is packaged. The owner showed us blocks of salt and large salt crystals. Renan interpreted everything and he enthusiasm was contagious. Excellent and informative tour not to be missed.

The tour was breathtaking- seeing such a sight was breathtaking. Although audio was bad- the visual was great to be able to see such emptiness. Renan told a lot of interesting facts- and hearing the enthusiasm in his voice made the tour exciting to be on.
