About the tour

Norway is one of the countries that proudly remains a Kingdom. The king of Norway reigns, but does not rule - for this, there is the Parliament. The royal family of Norway, on the one hand, is very democratic and open, on the other hand, it occupies a high place in modern Norwegian society like no other family. The history of this kingdom and its kings and queens is amazing and in some ways unique. How the royal house of Norway differs from other surviving monarchies is what you will hear on this guided tour. Your host for this tour is Emilie, a history student. She will never grow tired of showing others the magnificent big city Oslo far north in Europe.

i didn't get the name of the young lady who did the Oslo tour on July 11, but she was very knowledgeable about the area around the waterfront, the university, and the palace in Oslo as well as giving lots of information about the royal family. It was a great tour.
