About the tour

Wat Kalayanamit is located on the river, the most spectacular view of Bangkok. But most of visitors do not come here since this is not been listed in temple tour. This is one of the most important royal temple of Bangkok periods. You can see the combination of unique architecture with Thai and Chinese art. Wat Kalayanamit, not only holds cultural value, but also immensely holds historical value, and Thai societal value. Thai people who have faith and believe in Buddhism come here to pay homage and do ritual activities all day long.

Meet Buay & Eng

Buay & Eng

Buay and Eng are sisters. We grew up in a small town, rural area of Northeast of Thailand. Later, we moved and have lived in Bangkok for over 25 years. We have worked in tour business for over 16 years. We proud of our rich culture and heritage. We love to show our landmark, temple ruins, hidden communities, small market and rural area of Thailand (farm, village). Buay and Eng showed us yet another beautiful temple in Thailand. There was so many postcard moments and we learned so much about tradition and ritual. As always, the guides included us and our wishes in their rituals. Their tours really feel like a compassionate community.

It was smart to take rides to the sites. Tour was not that informative. I would appreciate knowing more about everything we see, including the traffic and people riding on motorcycles. This is from someone who has never been there.

This tour was not as interesting to me as others have been. The guides were excellent!
