About the tour

Rajma is a plant based protein which is also nutrient rich. It helps sustain weight loss and can also be made the gluten free way. We have been making this treat in our homes for as long as I can remember. Come learn how to make this North Indian delicacy in Dilip and Sandhya’s kitchen. All you need is: 1. 200 gms soaked and boiled soft kidney beans 2. 10-12 garlic cloves 3. 1 inch ginger 4. 1-2 green chillies 5. 1 tablespoon ghee or cooking oil 6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 7. 2 finely chopped large onions 8. 2-3 chopped tomatoes 9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 10. 1/2-1 teaspoon garam masala 11. 2 teaspoons coriander seed powder 12. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder 13. 1 pinch of asafoetida (optional) 14. Coriander leaves to garnish
