Vanessa's tour was quite enjoyable. She welcomed every one with a smile and say6s she is glad you joined; whenever she is not looking at the gimble. She was loud and clear in her presentation and from when she was translating to her brother and vice vera- it was a very smooth change-over; there wasn't a moment where there was a long pause. Her brother gave some good tips on how to make a good ceviche and pisco sour.

Just spent a very enjoyable hour with Vanessa and her brother learning the art of creating ceviche and pisco sour. Can't wait to try it for myself. Such fun!

A great team of a tour guide and a chef. I learned a lot and especially appreciated Vanessa’s interpretations and answers to my cooking questions.

This is the 6th tour / cooking demo I've taken with Vanessa and Marek. Another winner! Excellent menu, and they give background and historical context of the recipes and ingredients. Highest recommendation, 5++!
