About the tour

It is said that Panna Cotta is the most famous Italian dessert in the world, even more than Tiramisu. Its gelatinous consistency reminds that of a pudding, but without eggs. The peculiarity of this delicious Piedmontese dessert is that just by changing the topping you can satisfy your palate with a variety of choices, either it’s a classic caramel sauce, a fruits coulis, or melted chocolate. A typical Italian tutorial, sweetened with curious stories and tricks only certified Italians can offer! For the process make sure to join the tour on time since each step will be explained live! Attention: for the final result allow 5 hours cooling in the fridge, after preparation. And if you wish to prepare Panna Cotta live with us equip yourself with: INGREDIENTS (for 2 desserts) - 1/2 vanilla bean or vanilla extract - 40 gr. of sugar (3 1/4 tbsp) - 4 gr. of jelly/gelatine sheets (1/2 tbsp) - 250 ml. fresh single cream (1 cup) Tools: 2 cutters or dessert glasses of 150 ml. each (2/3 cup) Choose 1 topping between: Caramel, melted dark chocolate or berries coulis (with this last one buy a few mint leaves)

Great culinary presentation of this Italian masterpiece. Panna cotta takes a while to cool, but really quick to prepare. The hosts were very patient and friendly
