We are going to be riding an historical Tram from the heart of UNESCO's world heritage site till the mouth of the river. Passing by the XIX century custom's building, fishermen quarters and Arrabida's bridge. Among many other interesting sites. When we hop off the tram you'll have a postcard oportunity of the exact place where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Note: Please keep an open mind on this tour. More things than usual can go wrong. The tram circulates on tracks that might be bumpy at times. That means the camera might not always be as steady as usual. Also it's public transportation so I can not tell the conductor to stop for a picture or to go slower. And as you know on a live tour many incidents might happen. Now imagine on one that stars a tram! I might not get a window seat, a car might be parked on the line and the ride has to finish earlier... But if you enjoy the unpredictable this tour is for you! Come with me and we'll experience it together. (Not recommended for people with motion sickness).
Claudia was born in Porto and in love with it ever since. Because she was raised up there she knows Porto's streets as the palm of her hand. In 2003 Claudia finished her degree in tour guiding and got her licence that same year. She has a short masters in wine and loves to try and discover new Portuguese wine always (of course!) along with the unique local gastronomy. Come and join her walking up and down the streets of steep Porto and be mesmerized by its beauty.
Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to Porto with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing content creator.
The tour will last about 40 mins and will be live-streamed by your content creator directly from Porto. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!
While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your content creator and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to join, but you have the option to leave a tip during the tour.
The majority of your tip goes directly to support the channel, while the rest helps Heygo continue to build a place that brings the world closer together.
Reserve your spot by selecting a time to book. Once done, you’ll be able to see your reservations on your Trips page and we’ll send you an email confirmation with a link to join the tour.

A wonderful tour, thank you so much! Loved the journey on the tram, I really felt as if I was there with you 😊! If and when I ever get to Porto I shall feel at home after all your tours. And with Sara of course. Your passion shines through!

I have done this to work with Claudia before the weather was not so good today but she still made that a really interesting pointing out things as we rode along on the tram with her. She answers peoples questions very quickly and has a good sense of humour. She is also very accommodating going back to things where she can that people wish to see. I was disappointed that I was not able to do part two but this clashed with another tour. Hopefully she will repeat it. Never tire oours

An interesting perspective but due to factors beyond the guide's control, (ie speed and noise of tram) not so easy to take postcards or hear the commentary very well. However, it was a great experience to ride the tram and the short walk at the end to see the lighthouse and small fishing boats was delightful. Claudia is a lovely friendly guide.
