How lucky, right? Over thousands of years coastal Peruvians have developed different cooking techniques and styles to enjoy our sea products. Would you lime to learn some trick the cook like a local? Thanks so much For 2 servings CAUSA OF TUNA 5 boiled potatoes mushed 2 Peruvian yellow chilies (as an alternative you can use habanero chili, or scotch bonnet chili, other alternative is the pre-made yellow chili paste you can buy at Hispanic bodegas) 2 key Limes Salt to the taste 1 tuna can (or sardines , or anchovies if you wish) 1 Avocado Mayonnaise 1 boiled hard egg 2 Black Olive Oil SUDADO 1/2 kg of fish (tuna, albacore, bonito, mackerel, Pacific sierra) 1 spoon of Garlic paste 100 gr of tomato paste 1 spoon of Paprika powder 2 tomatoes 1 yellow Peruvian chili (as an alternative you can use habanero chili, or scotch bonnet chili) 1 onion 1 glass of dry red wine 2 yellow peruvian chilis to make paste of or 2 table spoon chili paste you can buy at hispanic bodegas 1 boiled yucca or 2 boiled potatoes 1 key lime or regular lime Cilantro Ginger Salt and pepper to the taste Disclaimer: Allergens not provided

had another wonderful cooking class provided by Vanessa, we followed along and a little after the class we made the Causa of tuna. We were so excited to taste it that we had forgotten to take a photo. Oh well just going to have to make another one LOL Thanks Vanessa and of course thank your husband the chef as well

Venessa is simply the best. I love her and Marek because they bring wonderful energy, warmth and fun to their tours. They explain everything well and more importantly, Venessa always present something about the Peruvian culture, which is very interesting to me. So it’s not just about cooking. Although I don’t cook, I enjoy theses cooking sessions with them because of the explanation about their culture. ❤️🌺

This girl is always so well prepared, and Marek such a good cook that nothing ever goes wrong. . They engage so well with us too, and laugh with us a lot. I really enjoy their tours, and feel rested afterwards, as long as I do not cook with them at the same time.
