About the tour

The Niterói Contemporary Art Museum, also know as the MAC, was designed by the famed Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer and completed in 1996. This iconic saucer-shaped structure, situated on a cliffside above Guanabara bay in the city of Niterói, brilliantly frames the panoramic views of the city of Rio De Janeiro and encapsulates the simple, yet brilliant signature aesthetic of Niemeyer. An interesting tour for lovers of modern architecture and contemporary art. The view from the museum to the city of Rio de Janeiro is just incredible!

Not a bad tour. Tati was a very friendly guide. The building was interesting and the views were breathtaking. However, I'm not sure the gimbal was really attached to the phone camera as it was very bouncy. And maybe the tour could start closer to the museum so that we can spend some more time looking at some art pieces or views from the museum.

The views of Rio were stunning and walking the red ramp to the museum with the views of Rio at the distance was amazing! Tatiane was a ball of energy and brought enthusiasm! Quick note: maybe check your gimbal? maybe it wasn't working right or maybe I missed the explanation at the beginning but it was very bouncy/unstable.

Sorry Tatiane, I could not stay because of the gimbal movement. You may have said why in your introduction, but I missed it. It was as if you were walking with the phone in your hand so very shaky. I hope this is better in future otherwise it’s impossible for me to visit Rio with you. Same thing happened in the market tour.
