About the tour

Get ready to be amazed on this tour as we are going to see a square dating back to 16th century. Originally a polo court, we'll see the facade of two great mosques, one of them was private for royal family and the other one was public. Both are now museums. Arian will also take us to see a nice view of a great portal which belongs to a complex in which the royal family lived. The portal itself has 6 floors including rooms and a great terrace where the king could watched the game with his guests. Join Arian on this fascinating tour of Ispahan!

Meet your local guide

Arian

Arian graduated as a chemical engineer in 1992 and after twenty years working in this field , she came to the conclusion that she could serve her country as a tour guide much more better than an engineer! So she enrolled in a tourism institute and started a new life. She found that she should have chosen it at the start and voila here she is. Arian is a member of WFTGA ""world federation of tourist guide association"" and during the convention 2017 in which Iran was the host of more than 300 tourist guides from different countries, Arian was one of the volunteer tour managers. She has experience with European tourists in Iran and Iranians tourists in Europe as well. Arian believes by doing he rjob perfectly, she can help to make a better world, full of peace.

Arian has been guiding since Jan 2014

I didn't know what to expect when I booked and I was so surprised at how vibrant the location was, how relaxed and happy the people visiting were and the stunning beauty of the mosque. I found this to be so uplifting, so educational and was one of the best tours I have been on

This was a wonderful tour with Arian who was extremely generous with her time and knowledge. The visit to the mosque was wonderful, such glorious tilework to see. The visit to the Bazaar was a treat, and the visit to the carpet seller glorious. Such beautiful carpets, all the handicrafts were beautifully made. I shall look our for other tours with Arian in the future and would recommend her tours to others.
