About the tour

Join Nonna Anna and participate to the making of biscotti in Puglia. Biscotti literally means cookies in Italian not to be mistaken with Tuscany twice baked biscotti. The recipe and the process are very simple and can be achieved in a regular home over, however in this case we will be in the country side outside Manduria where Anna has a stone wood burning oven used to make bread, biscotti, pizza, pucce and much more. The recipe will be shared during the tour so you can try to make your own batch of biscotti a day or so after. These biscotti are super light and incredible when dunked into a cappuccino, latte or coffee!

It was great to share this time with you and your family. An excellent trip down memory lane for me for the time we lived in Trebisacce. Thank you
