The kangaroo is an Australian icon. It is part of our national coat of arms as its size, strength and speed are traits making it a natural logo and emblem for many Australian sporting teams and organizations. But there is an unknown family and cultural side to how they behave in the wild that we can all learn more about. We enjoy a visit to a nature reserve where you can watch these captivating wild locals from a safe and respectful distance and learn the many amazing facts their lifestyle and lifecycle offers. We will be on the lookout for the protective Alphas, the new mother kangaroo feeding while its joey fumbles around in her pouch as well as the juveniles playing and causing trouble for the mob.
