I enjoyed the tour unfortunately about 30 minutes in something came up and I had to cut it short.   What I did see was excellent and informative.   Hope I can take the tour again.

What a wonderful tour!  Ian always makes his tour so interesting, so full of information and he doesn't stop for breath!  I've noticed that there are never as many comments as on other tours - I think it's because he's so thorough, knowledgeable and entertaining that there's no need to ask anything.  I struggle to leave tips every time at the moment, but I live in England and when times are easier I'm going to be getting to know my own country better thanks to Ian's enthusiasm.  I'll be looking for his 'real life' tours to guide me.  Thank you so much Ian x

Most interesting information and a lovely person 

This was a very interesting and informative tour, Ian. Thankyou. We lived in Brum many years ago when this area was really run down, so it's good to learn about the history we would have missed. If it's ythe Cotswolds tours, can I suggest that Malmesbury would be an excellent place to offer? It's quite compact an dthere are wonderful stories associated with its foundation and with the Abbey and the Abbey House Gardens. Tetbury might also be a good bet, with its royal connections too.

I learned so much from Ian!  This was a wonderful surprise and looking forward to more like this.

As an expat Brummie from Sussex I am enjoying learning about the city which I should learned about more in my youth.  The Jewellery  Quarter was well described and Ian told the tale well.

Ian made this trip so interesting and informative that the time flew past.  I’m an ex-Brummie and know the area a little but there was still so much that I learned about the history of manufacturing.  Very enjoyable.

Ian knew his stuff. I live within reach of Birmingham but not a native and have visited the Assey office but didn’t know the other history. Look forward to joining him again in Warwick, Stratford and the Cotswolds.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip round the Jewelry Quarter of Birmingham.  It was interesting to see the old-style buildings, which are still there from Georgian times, and to learn of not only the jewelry, but pen-making.

I didn't know much about Birmingham so this tour was really interesting. It gave a good insight into the jewellery area. Ian is a good guide - clear and eloquent.
