About the tour

Shalom guys! Let's walk together in the beautiful and colorful maze of the old city. We will start at Jaffa gate and hear about the Ottoman fortifications, we will pay a little visit to the Armenian quarter - a proud nation with a fascinating history and colorful present- and briefly window shop over there. From there we will visit Zion Gate and the Jewish quarter and hear about the turbulent modern history of it and the archeological excavations that took place after 1967 and end with a spectacular view of the Western Wall and the Golden Dome. Fascinating!

Interesting to see these parts of the city. I wasn't aware of the large Armenian influence. Thank you.

Balanced and thoughtful narrative about one of the most controversial sites in the world. Always a pleasure to join him in Jerusalem and beyond.
