About the tour

It is very difficult to choose a unique taste to introduce Sardinia, but on this spring break in this Island, I let myself be inspired by my husband's childhood memories, those that metaphorically are the most genuine and simple. In his childhood, he used to come to Sardinia for the summer to his grandparents and it was always a party when his grandmother cooked the Malloreddus Alla Campidanese. At this special time, we are here cooking for you this very typical Sardinian pasta dish and teaching you how to make it! Malloreddus is a kind of Sardinian gnocchi and on this occasion, we will accompany it with the Campidanese sauce made with tomato, sausage, and Sardinian pecorino cheese! If you want to cook with us be sure to be ready with the following ingredients : Ingredients for 2 persons Gnocchetti Sardi Malloreddus 200 g. (or any other kind of short pasta) Fresh Italian Sausage 150 g. Fresh pecorino cheese 150 g. (NOT pecorino romano cheese) Onions 30 g. Extra virgin olive oil 30 g. Tomato sauce 300 g. Salt to taste
