the Louvre, the reformed temple of the Oratory and the catholic church of saint Germain l'Auxerrois. what unites these 3 places of religious and political power? The Saint Barthelemy. We will evoke by walking around the Louvre the history of the greatest massacre perpetuated in Paris and the incredible story of Queen Margot as well as the surprising story of Perrault's brother, "the puss in boots".
Patrick isn't one to shy away from travel and adventure. "I was lucky enough to travel the world with my job, discover different cultures, and meet incredible people!" he says, after having explored multiple cities across Europe and Asia. On his tours, you may catch more than a surprise or two about Paris. "In fact, it is an everyday experience. I'm a native Parisian, but every day, I continue to discover new things, new secrets about Paris. It's a never-ending story," he laughs. It was his love for Paris that led him to become a guide. "I'm a father and a teacher, and I realized that my passion was to share my knowledge, so I decided to be a guide about one of my passion: Paris!" Patrick chips in. "I enjoy sharing the love and passion I have for my own city, Paris. Its monuments, its history, its gastronomy, its culture, and all of its little secrets. I can't wait to share all of these with you!" "At the end of my tour I always give a virtual bise - two in fact being a good Parisian!" he laughs.

Get ready for something special. We're travelling to Paris with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you'll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing guide.
The tour will last about 40 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from Paris. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!
While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your guide and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to book and join, but you have the option to tip the guide during the tour.
Leaving a tip will help support the guides and allow us to offer tours in more places around the world. If you aren't able to leave a tip, then it would be great if you can share the tour with friends and family to spread the word.
Reserve your spot by selecting a time to book. Once done, you’ll be able to see your reservations on your Trips page and we’ll send you an email confirmation with a link to join the tour.

Great blend of scenery, art and history. You should really drop the Puss in Boots from the title of the tour, though. It was just an interesting tidbit, not a focus of the tour at all.

You know we love you Patrick and your tours. Today’s was great! I hope you repeat it because we could not see it all. The subject was very interesting, about very difficult times in Paris/France’s history but important to share. We loved how you took us behind the Louvre and we hear the violin playing during the church service that you posted in FB later. What a treat. Thank you Patrick, you’re the best! Thank you VT.
