About the tour

Embark with Pepus on a leisurely walk to discover the two most incredible creations of Spain’s most famous architect, Antoni GAUDÍ in the elegant Passeig de Gràcia Ave; Casa BATLLÓ and Casa MILÀ, also called “La Pedrera”. Both whimsical Unesco’s World Heritage apartment buildings were conceived in GaudÍ’s unique organic architectural style to please the demands of two incredibly wealthy clients who had the urge to stand out in the bourgeois Barcelona society of the 1900s. In this tour, we will learn about the “Block of Disagreement” and the luxurious life of the most affluent industrialists of the glamorous Catalonian capital of “Modernism” at the time.

Meet Pepus in Barcelona

Pepus in Barcelona

From foreign dignitaries to celebrities—even Neil Armstrong—there's no one on earth who can show you BCN quite like Pepus. With a level of access to the city few else have, bucket list destinations like the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell are not only specialties of Pepus, you'll never have to wait in line when you explore them together. Pepus also prides himself on tailoring his tours to the interests of his guests, and with a deep passion for photography, he's always sure to set you up for the best postcards possible once you're there. So see why Barcelona is the global travel mecca it's become by visiting it like never before: through Pepus's eyes, again and again, all on Heygo.

I've been on several tours with Pepus & he is always prepared & knowledgeable about his subjects. He even shares less known facts about his subjects, & takes great care in framing postcard opportunities. One of the best guides!
