A lovely cook-along and talk about the various types of palm dates grown in Iran - very interesting and the recipe looked great. Leila managed to give us a great tour experience, full of information and charm, despite the limitations of the pandemic lockdown (was from a kitchen on this occasion, not farm).

Leila does a nice job! This was a great opportunity to not only prepare a different type of dessert, but to learn about the ingredient, dates in this case, as well. Can’t wait for more classes!!!
