Friday Night Classic - Brisket and Potato Kugel

Sun, 11 Jul
Sara's Kitchen, Calgary, Canada

About the tour

Sara shares her family recipe for old school, old country savoury brisket and its classic side-kick, potato kugel. This Friday night staple in jewish homes takes some commitment, but under Sara's guidance, you'll learn how to coax flavour and tenderness out of this challenging beef cut. Along for the ride, potatoes and onions come together as kugel - a popular casserole that remains one of the tastiest side dishes to ever grace a dinner table.
