In this tour, I will show you one of the ways we serve the Feijoada (Brazilian National Dish), as self-service in a traditional restaurant, a lovely typical place inspired on the architecture of the nineteenth-century also they produce their own cachaça (Brazilian liquor from sugar cane) but this is a topic for another tour. How feijoada is a dish that takes a long time to be prepared is usually offered in the restaurant only once a week and we will go to check in this tour. Let me show you how the Brazilians love the Feijoada.

Another good introduction to feijoada and its importance in Brazilian life and culture. A nice idea to show the dish's preparation one day, and its presentation in the restaurant during a tour on the next day. I had a friend who used to make this dish, so this was especially interesting to me.
