About the tour

Are you curious to know how Russians live in their everyday life and to get to know a bit more about what makes Russians Russian? I’m inviting you to explore non-touristy Moscow in my area. Yes, you will get to see a very typical Moscow neighborhoods where I spend most of the years of my life. I will show you the Russian reality and how people live. It’s nothing like Red Square or Izmailovo Market where you can get many postcards. Still, I will cover some of the most beautiful buildings in my area.  One of the historical Metro Stations stations and one of the oldest cinema theatres in Moscow. You’ll get to learn how much people spend to get to work, what movies do we have in the cinema theaters and what are the ticket prices.  Thanks to your amazing reviews I got the idea to create this unique experience. Therefore, before the first tour, I will make a post to see what questions you have about Russian reality and I will try to include them in this tour, so you can have a very special experience.

Great to learn about 'typical' Russian life. It sometimes seems like Russia is so hidden from the West so it's great to hear about the reality of Russia and Moscow. Tanya is a great guide.
