About the tour

Elephant Trunk Hill is not only one of the major tourist attractions of Guilin, but also the symbol of Guilin. This natural famous formation sits majestically on the western bank of the Li River and resembles an elephant sucking water from the river with its long trunk. The round opening under the elephant’s trunk is known as Water-Moon Cave because at night the reflection of the moon can be seen through the arch. You will also visit Love Island and see a range of artistic statuses that represent love. You may ask why it is called Love Island, please follow your guide and she will give you the answer.

Welcome to Heygo and congrats on your first tour! Like any new job, there is a learning curve and you seem very enthusiastic and I am sure you will improve a lot on your future tours. Agree on the comments below, Guilin is such a beautiful place and can't wait to see more of it.

Jenny is a charming host, she responds to questions ASAP. Although her tour consisted in almost one spot, she manages to include bits of info about nearby areas and make it interesting and informative.

This was Yvonne's first tour. She was enthusiastic, accommodating and did a good job showing us the area. I'm glad I saw the area but there really wasn't enough to see to fill up the 30 minutes. Not sure what else could have been added. Thank you
