For the process make sure to join the tour on time since each step will be explained live! And if you wish to prepare it live with us equip yourself with: INGREDIENTS (for 2 people) - 200 gr. of gragnano spaghetti (2/4 lbs) - 300 ml. of red wine (Merlot) or low tannin wine (10 fluid oz) - 80 gr. of shallots (1 1/2 cups) - 40 gr. of pecorino romano cheese (1/4 cup) - 20 gr. of butter (1 1/2 tbsps) - Extra virgin olive oil to taste - Nutmeg to taste - Black pepper to taste - Salt to taste
