We take you back in time to a glacier that was formed during Viking times. Surrounded by a stunning landscape filled with lagoons, icebergs, and diamond beaches, this is a place you definitely don't want to miss! The country's Diamond Beach and Glacier Lagoon are breath-taking places to visit. The snow that fell on the mountains here centuries ago formed Europe's biggest glacier Vatnajökull. Over time, the glacier eventually slid down towards a lagoon, affected by rising and falling ocean tides. When you catch the first sight of Diamond Beach, it might seem straight out of a postcard. You'll see stunning contrasts between blue ice, white snow, and mesmerizing black sand. If you're lucky, you might just spot seals swimming in the lagoon!

Fabulous tour. So interesting to see such fascinating terrain, that most of us would never be able to see anywhere else. A great teacher and guide.
