My work is to make your days incredible in Bahia. I am Asian-Afro-Brazilian, born in Salvador in the 1970's and working as a tour guide since 2011, studied Law in Sao Paulo and Language Studies, but now I am 100% working as a tour guide. As an independent traveler, I understands the needs for a real and safe experience in my hometown. I love Brazil and I am blessed to live and work in Bahia. I try to work with tailor- made tours and make you feel home in Brazil, with the best tourist attractions but at the same time with the local experience. I will be happy to guide you in Portuguese, English or Spanish in Bahia. My tops tours tailor made are: Gastronomy Experience, Afro Heritage, Favela Tour, Reconcavo Baiano (01 hour from Salvador) and By night with PubCrawl
Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to Salvador Bahia with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing content creator.
The tour will last about 45 mins and will be live-streamed by your content creator directly from Salvador Bahia. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!
While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your content creator and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to join, but you have the option to leave a tip during the tour.
The majority of your tip goes directly to support the channel, while the rest helps Heygo continue to build a place that brings the world closer together.
Reserve your spot by selecting a time to book. Once done, you’ll be able to see your reservations on your Trips page and we’ll send you an email confirmation with a link to join the tour.

Sayuri managed to share a quite complicated time in Brasilian history in a very understandable, easy going way so I could take everything in. Loved the pictures she used to illustrate certain points and the beautiful area we were touring in. Thanks a lot for this educational, but still fun tour!

As a Guide and History expert these subjects interest me a lot. Very interesting point of view of no real Independence but just continuation, something to think about. Overall Sayuri is passionate about her country and history and sharing it in a simple way, which is not easy in such deep and complex subjects. "Se quiserem eu Fico", só que não, apesar de querer, não pode ficar muito tempo... No entanto, antes de regressar mudou o rumo da história. Não sou grande fã de D. Pedro, mas gostei da visita, Parabéns! Congrats, great tour.
