In this virtual cooking class I want to propose something different and less known but not less delicious! Crescione of Romagna is a kind of instant calzone made with the same dough of the most famous piadina. It is a typical regional product with a recognizable half moon shape, which is stuffed with the most disparate fillings, sweet or salty according to taste, like the classic tomato and mozzarella cheese to which you can add grilled sausage or ham, or stuffed with potatoes and cheese and anything else your imagination suggests. A recipe that does not require leavening times or long waits and has the great advantage of cooking quickly in the pan. During this live virtual tutorial I'll take you step by step in the preparation of the most appreciated crescione tomatoes and mozzarella and a sweet version with chocolate cream better known as nutellino.
