About the tour

Copacabana, is a small Bolivian town, let's not confuse it with the famous Copacabana beach, in Brazil. Belonging to the department of La Paz, it is located at the foot of Mount Calvario, at about 3,841 meters above sea level, located at the foot of Lake Titicaca. It is very famous for its religious festivities, there are thousands of pilgrims from all over the country who come to the place to ask the Virgen de la Candelaria, better known as Virgin of Copacabana, is the patron saint of Bolivia.
