Hello! I absolutely love touring with Fran as well as with Fran and his wife. This particular experience was a cooking class with Fran and his wife. Both are so fun and so passionate about Spain as well as the Spanish culture...it is invigorating!! I love watching and following along with the various recipes and learning the nuances of what makes Pamplona as well as Spain super special. Thank you!! :)

Always fun to spend an hour on a Sunday afternoon to learn to cook arroz con almejas your way, learning and watching you both work together, like a great oiled machine. Things will change but I hope we can still enjoy the occasional cooking experience and tour. Highly recommend your tours to everyone.
