About the tour

This episode of the Budapest Limited Series tours will introduce you to a signature experience of the Hungarian capital city: admiring the most famous landmarks from the river Danube. During this unscripted, live virtual tour Adam will board a public transit boat in order to give you a river cruise experience! This 60 minutes long tour starts in downtown. The cruise passes by the House of Parliament building, you'll see the Buda Castle, also the Castle Bazaar complex, the famous Gellert spa and many other landmarks located along the banks of the river between the Margaret island and Balna Budapest.  As always, Adam will make sure to bring you the best postcard perfect angles a river cruise can provide.

Meet Adam

Working as a tourist guide was not my first career choice, but it seems to be the right choice. For a while I followed a sort-of standard path: getting my bachelor, and my masters degree and started to work for a multinational company. Meanwhile my interest towards my hometown kept growing to the point that my friends convinced me to return to school and get my licence to become a tourist guide. As the saying goes: the rest is history. I have been in the business since 2011 and regardless of all the hardship, difficulties, uncertainty I still have passion for my profession. Which I hope will be obvious for you once you take a tour with me in Budapest, or in the Hungarian countryside. By joining a tour with me you will get two in one: a professional, licenced guide and an amateur urban photography enthusiast. Both are very handy when it comes to live, virtual tours. You can expect great angles, excellent postcard opportunities and a dry sense of humour during my tours as I strongly believe in entertaining while educating.  Kind regards

Adam gets a 5, of course. He always goes the extra mile (kilometer?) to make his tours so entertaining and enjoyable. The ride up and down river was spectacular, with memorable views everywhere. I hope to try this tour again when I can hear, but would never abandon an Adam tour without audio. Truly among Heygo's finest guides.

This tour was stunning. The twilight was brief but the visuals were absolutely amazing. Paired with Adam’s witty conversation about the wonders we saw made this a standout tour. I am definitely jumping back on board if this tour is made available again. The tour provided a wealth of postcards and unique experience!

sorry I missed most of it.

Lovely views and interesting commentary, but disappointing that Adam didn't seem to adapt to the audio problems, for example speaking closer to his microphone would surely have helped a bit.
