Through this tour, your host would be changing lot of perceptions about Indian cooking, India in general and you will be learning how to cook real authentic Indian food from your own home as you follow along step by step together. We will be making Jeera Aloo (Cumin and Potato) Vegetable and an Indian Bread and along the host would be answering your questions about Indian cooking, spices and general customs. Ingredients for Aloo Jeera: For 250 Gms of Potatoes( Boiled) Cumin Seeds Oil ( Any Kind would work) Spices( Salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala) Dry Mango Powder ( for tanginess, optional) Dry fenugreek leaves For Indian Bread Wheat Flour Water Oil( Any kind) Roller for rolling bread We will make dough first and then make the bread Your host for this tour, Komal would be there to spread the flavours and aromas of Indian food and spices into your kitchen and change your perceptions through her easy to follow recipes.
