About the tour

The Alameda is a public park in the Historic Center of Mexico City founded in 1592, it is considered the oldest public garden in Mexico and America. Since its founding, the park has been part of the urban landscape of Mexico City and has been repeatedly modified and expanded. The fountains, trees and paths as well as the buildings that surround it make the park the best meeting place and point of reference for all visitors to the city.

I enjoyed what I could of the Almeda Park tour in Mexico City with Ernie. Aside from the Arts Palace, I was only able to stay as Ernie entered the park and showed a few statues. Unfortunately, I had something else I had to do and it ran into Ernie's time. But, I did enjoy what I saw and hope to do another Mexico tour with Ernie.
