About the tour

When we talk about India, one of the things which India is really famous for is its flavorful and diverse food. On this tour, your host Komal would be changing lot of perceptions about Indian cooking, India in general and you will be learning how to cook real authentic Indian food from your own home as you follow along step by step together. On this tour, we are going to prepare a very different and tangy styled Paneer dish, you can use boiled potatoes or tofu instead as well. We will be making a unique mix of spices to prepare this dish. You would require the following ingredients: 1. Cottage cheese/Paneer/boiled potatoes/tofu (250 gms) 2. Bell pepper/capsicum (1 big size) 3. 3 medium sized tomatoes, ginger, green chilli 4. Dried red chilli, coriander seeds, Fennel, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper corn, cumin seeds 5. Black cumin seeds 6. Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry coriander powder 7. What to expect

Get ready for something special. We’re travelling to Delhi with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you’ll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing content creator.

The tour will last about 45 mins and will be live-streamed by your content creator directly from Delhi. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your content creator and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.

Even though I had to step away for part of it, as soon as I asked about the ingredients involved during that time, I was promptly provided with what had happened/what I had missed. Wish I could have stepped through the screen and sampled what was made, too!
