Invisible Edinburgh at Christmas a Fundraising Tour
Edinburgh is now one of the world’s top destinations to spend Christmas in, join your tour guide Paul to discover why so many have it as part of a bucket list of places to visit. As Invisible Cities is a Social Enterprise that trains people affected by homelessness to become tour guides, we also have projects around Edinburgh like The Street Barber, Sparkle Sisters and one thing we do every Christmas is buying Christmas presents for families and people who the homeless community are in temporary accommodation. So, any tips gained from this tour will go directly to this appeal. We will post updates with pictures about our progress so you can see directly where any money donated will go to.
Paul will also cover some of the best events from this festive festival. There will be a fairground and Paul is scared of heights and if you ask me nicely, I might go on a ride to show you a unique view of Edinburgh (Gulp). There is also one of the best Christmas markets anywhere in Europe, so join me for a Christmas mince pie and a glass of mulled wine to keep warm. There will be lots of one-off events and there will be something different on every tour.
There will be some spectacular postcard opportunities as Edinburgh is postcard picture-perfect, especially in the winter.
