Dear Heygoers, I love you so much that I’m going to celebrate my Birthday with you and my mom cooking Russian and Ukrainian traditional food. Pelmeni and Vareniki cooking master class. Here are the ingredients: Dough: -350 gr (12 oz) of wheat flour, -1 egg, -2-3 tbs sun-seed oil. For Pelmeni (Siberian dumplings): -200 gr (7 oz) beer tenderloin (or any loin, the tender the better), -250 gr (9 oz) of pork loin, -1 medium-size onion, -Salt. For vareniki (vegetarian): -4 average size potatoes, -50 gr (1,8 oz) of butter, -one medium size onion, -salt. For dressing: -Smetana (sour cream), -Mustard.
